The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the diagnostic's and treatment's aspects of angiomiolypoma (AML) of kidneys. In a basis this work the results of researches 132 patients with various malignancy of kidneys, from them 92 - with AML of kidneys and 40 - with renal cell carcinoma and other pathology of kidneys were fixed. The analysis of the investigated material has allowed to offer own classification AML of the kidney. This work demonstrated that actually all lypocontained masses of the kidney have benign character, the long period of growth and have no metastatic potential. That justifies long-term dynamic follow-up and nephron-sparing surgical tactics.
