Essay

The thesis presents both theoretical generalization and new way of solving the scientific task in resource-ecological optimization of technological parameters of water and heat management on the basis of imitating-optimization investigations. On the ground of experimental investigations and simulation an ecological expediency and resource efficiency of technologies of combined regulation with continuous uninterrupted locking was proved (for peat grounds, system "Ikva", Rivnenska region). The method of resource-saving and ecologically safe irrigation rates at sprinkling irrigation on the basis of determination of regularities in grounds' water regime forming under the action of complex of factors was proposed. By the system of investigation criteria the efficiency of heat-reclamation measures on the basis of grounds' water regime management was investigated. Systemic models, algorithms and the programs for realization of optimized irrigation rates and the technology of combined regulation with adaptati on to specific ground-climatic conditions were worked out.
