Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study features of the vagina microbiocenosis of healthy users of intrauterine contraceptives and patients having inflammation diseases of small pelvis organs, and also studying of immunity status depending on acute forms of disbiotic failures and development of the efficient complex method to recover failured microbiocenosis of the vagina using hydrolyser endovaginal radiation treatment (HERT). During research the high risk of development of diseases communicated by sexual intercourse is defined for the women not only with the failured microbiocenosis of the vagina, but also with failured parameters of systematic and local immunity. So, due to obtained data the level of failures of cell's and humoral's immunity non-specific immunoresistance and local protection correlated with the level of disbars expressiveness and dangerous of inflammation process. Differentiated complex method of treatment and preventive measures of disbios for users of intrauterine contraceptives is worke d out and tested, the basis is HERT in a complex with application of solutions, what makes rehabilitation process of normal biocenosis of the vagina faster. The basic principle of usage of the method according to which when we chose the method of influence taking into consideration aetiological factor, but also level of semination, amount pathogenic component parts, immune failures and presence of saprophytic flora on mucosas membrane of the vagina. So, in case of disbios and vaginites with the expressed failures and clinical developments, the sanation of the vagina was conducted with the help hydrolyser endovaginal radiation treatment using disinfectant solution - Betadin or hypochloryd of the sodium.
