The problems of forming of the transaction costs, which are determined by decisions of individuals and by activity of economic structures, are described in the dissertation work Principles of economic structures' activity is studied. The role of structural disparity in economic cycles is covered out. Transaction methods in the national economy of individuals' activity regulation was suggested. Posibilities of transaction methods of regulation to solve the problems of corruption, crime and economic cryses are stydied.
