Object of research - transitive economy of an inversion type. The purpose of research: on the basis of the analysis to transitive economy of Ukraine to give a theoretical substantiation of national model of the share market to open a nature, structure of the share market, to reveal features and tendencies of its development in modern conditions. Methods of research: supervision and generalization, analysis and synthesis, unity of the logic and historical approaches, methods of an expert estimation, and also applied methods: comparisons and statistical analysis, logic modeling. Results, novelty: the functions of the share market and their parity in transitive economy of an inversion type; оn the basis of the analysis of various models of the share markets, their main characteristics and principles of functioning, in work the contents of national model of the share market, main forms of its existence is opened depending on social-economic conditions of various groups of the countries; the specific featu res of the national share market of Ukraine are allocated which are caused by features of historical, welfare development, cultural traditions and mentality of the people; the opportunities and expediency of adaptation of structure of the share market to concrete national models of the share markets of the advanced countries and countries are proved which develop in conditions of transitive economy; the features of inversion model of an infrastructure of the share market are revealed; proceeding from specificity of the Ukrainian share market, the main principles of its integration in system of the world share market; according to features of formation of national model of the share market, the following offers on its perfection are formulated.
