Yurkova G. The Realization of the Tasks of Quick and Complete Disclosure of Crime on Pretrial stages

The essence and meaning of the mentioned tasks, the definition of the concept of quick and complete disclosure of crime is given in the thesis. The correlation between them is analysed. The author comes to conclusion that they couldn't be considered separately, without interconnection. The author thinks that legal regulation of such basic problems as: immediate initiating a criminal case when there exist reasons and grounds, even despite the fact whether the crime scene had been searched before initiating a criminal case or not; forwarding to the procurator a decree on a refusal to initiate a criminal case with all materials involved; abolishing the procedure of acquainting the accused and his defence counsel with the materials of the case after the investigation and supplementary investigation having been completed - will contribute to realisation of the tasks of quick and complete disclosure of crime on pretrial stages.
