In the dissertation all-round and objectively is considered and analyzed the influence of demo-cratic conversions in Ukraine on revival of ethnic minorities. Role and importance of mass media na-tional minori-ties in their national-cul-tural pro-gress also is investigated, her effecti-veness is defined. On concrete materials of periodicals 1992 - 1999 is considered the dialectics of interrelations of a title nation and national minorities are construed, the practical unification of national and international values is exhibited.
