Trubchanin V. Social and Economic Consequences of Restructuring of an Economic Complex of Region

Object of research: the economic complex of Donetsk area, which is highly development industrial region of Ukraine. The purpose of research: development of theoretical and scientific - applied bases of the mechanism of realization of re-structuring of an economic complex of territorial systems, which allows to create progressive branch structure of economy at the minimal negative social consequences. Methods of research and equipment:a dialectic method of knowledge of the validity, complex system approach, methods of the economic analysis, statistical groupings, logic generalizations. Theoretical and practical results: the process of re-structuring of a economic complex of region is scientifically proved; the analysis of world and domestic experience of realization of structural transformations in economy and take out of separate territories, groups of the enterprises on more high level of development is carried out; the laws and tendencies of development of economy of region are determined; the influ ence of the separate factors on a course of process of re-structuring is arranged, the perspective directions, purpose and way of development are planned. The conclusions, recommendation which are a scientific basis for realization of re-structuring of industrial region are made; they were used at formation of the regional programs both complex, and branch (coal, machine-building), and also program of diversification of activity of a machine-building factory Yasinovataya and its modernisation. Novelty: the author's rating of concept of re-structuring of an economic complex of region is given; the functional place of machine-building in adjustment reproductional of process in maintenance of development of economy of region is determined; the unwrapped characteristic of potential sources of financing of re-structuring of an economic complex of region is given; the concept of development of region on the basis of creation of cluster's groups is developed; the social consequences of spontaneous re-structuring of an economic complex of region are revealed and the offers concerning creation of the social preconditions of its development are elaborated. Area of application: the executive bodies of authority, regional state administrations, branch bodies of management on strategic development; the enterprises of machine-building and other branch's; higher educational institutions.
