The dissertation is devoted to the problem of balancing of macroeconomic factors in Ukraine's economic system in transition period. The dissertation analyses the basic ways of practice of macroeconomic regulation in conditions of disbalanced economic system and acieveing macroeconomic equilibrium. In research the essence and mechanism of establishing of macroeconomic equilibrium in different types of economic systems is found out. Model of macroeconomic equilibrium for transititional economic system is proposed.
