Essay

The object of investigation is speech activity of the children of the 4 (3) form during education process. The purpose if the investigation is theoretical essence and experimental approbation of the method of the creative speech the children at the elementary school. The methods of investigation are theoretical and empirical and the pedagogical experiment. The theoretical results and the novelty is theoretically grounded, and developed such phenomena as "creative speech", and the process of learning creative speech by the children of the 4 (3) form is defined; The pedagogical conditions of its forming are defied; the step by step lingvodidactic model is developed how to develop creative speech, the regularities and tendencies, and stages of the process of forming creative speech at the 4 (3) form are defined. The criteria and indexes, and levels of the process of development creative speech of the children at the elementary school are defined. The practical results and novelty - the method of devel oping creative speech of the children at the 4 (3) form is formed and its realization into educational process. The subject and the level of the introduction - the scientific and research materials are introduced (the system of paten drills, the system of role-plays, the examples of the tasks, fiction texts etc.). The efficiency of introduction is high. The sphere of using is pedagogical colleges and universities, and secondary schools.
