Zalevs'kyj V. The selective flocculation of the coal by synthetic latexes

The dissertation is devoted to problems of coal fine of the improvement of the coal selective flocculation (SF) technology by synthetic latexes. The theoretical positions of SF by synthetic latexes have been developed. Principal regularities of all stages of the process have been established in consider of coal-latex flocks form mechanism. Regularities and peculiarities of adhesive "coal-latex" interaction have been determined a presence of hydrogen bond and chemical interactions in interphase zone. Results of coal and synthetic latexes investigations as objects of selective flocculation have been presented. Conditions for synthetic latexes and emulsions have been formulated. Mathematics regression models of coal and anthracite selective flocculation by synthetic latexes have been obtained and analyzed. The influence of main technological factors of the process on its results has been researched. Results of industrials trials of the flocculation method for coal preparation and recommendations by utiliz ation have been presented.
