Shkurupij L. The Mechanism of the State regulation of transforming economy in Ukraine

Object of research: national economy in a hole and regulation functions of the government during transformational period. Purpose of research: to implement analysis of the mechanism of governmental regulation of transformational processes in Ukraine and to develop practical recommendations concerning its improvement. Methods of research: principles of dialectics as a general method of acknowledgment, system approach; historical method; methods of comparative analysis, logical summarizing, quantitative statistical characteristics. Results: the necessity of governmental interference in economics is grounded and optimal junction of mechanisms of governmental and market regulation in transformational economy of Ukraine; social and economic functions of government are systemized; author's conception of governmental regulation of transformational economy of Ukraine is proposed; author's definition of the system of strategic and current goals of governmental regulation of transformational economy is proposed; author's scheme of the mechanism of the governmental support for small business is proved; the directions of quality improvement of citizens of Ukraine social protection are suggested. Novelty: social and economic functions of government stimulating directly the market character of transformational processes in Ukraine are systemized; author's conception of governmental regulation of transformational economy of Ukraine providing the formation of social oriented economy is proved; the system of strategic and current goals of governmental regulation of transformational economy is defined; author's scheme of the mechanism of the governmental support for small business is proved; the directions of quality improvement of citizens of Ukraine social protection under transformational period are suggested.
