Object: tourist-improving complex of Ukraine. Aim: development of methodological rules both recommendations concerning organizational-economic and information maintenance of its development. Methods: system, theories of market economy and marketing, economic analysis. Results: the offers concerning improvement of a control system of area at a regional level and further improvement of territorial organization of accommodation of a tourist-improving complex, tax system, use of the budgetary funds are developed, the ways of introduction of methodology of marketing researches are offered. Use: in the state, regional programs, administrative bodies, educational process.
