Polyakova E. Stimulation of labor safety rise on mining enterprises

Object of the study is the state of labor safety and conditions and stimulation of their quality raising on mining enterprises on the basis of adaptation to mixed economy with market orientation. Objective of the study is elaboration of the stimulation mechanism for raising labor safety on mining enterprises under conditions of mixed economy formation. Methods of research a system approach, of economic and mathematical expression of the system of statistical substantiation, of correlation relations. Theoretical and practical results contain in scientific substation and also in improvement and development of methodical foundations of labor protection stimulation and of the strategy for labor protection management with help of economic and social methods under condition of mixed economy formation; means and methodical recommendations on improvement of social and economic mechanism for labor protection stimulation will permit to raise labor safety on mining enterprises. Scientific novelty consists in subs tantiation, elaboration and introduction of recommendations on improvement of social and economic mechanism for labor protection stimulation on mines and other structural subdivisions, the economic motivation mechanism for creation of safe labor conditions and methodical recommendations on estimation of labor conditions influence on basic economic indexes of operating mining enterprises being developed, methodical recommendations on improvement of the material incentive system of safe labor conditions creation being substantiated, the mechanism of preferential covering of labor protection costs though banks being developed, the directions of improvement of the mechanism of workers participation in management of labor protection on mining enterprises being determined. Subject and degree of introduction. The main results are introduced on the mine "Novogrodovskaya" № 2 of the state holding company "Selidovugol" (the annual economic effect -52,3 thousand hrv.) and on the mine "Kurakhovskaya" of the state holding company "Selidovugol" (the economic effect - 124.5 thousand hrv.). Sphere of application are mining enterprises.
