Essay

In the dessertation the most important theoretical propositions, concerning the concept of the records of proceedings and court process and othe documents as sources of evidences, are defined. Some practical recommendations to improve this concept at present-day situation were developed. Typical peculiarities in forming, examination and estimation of records and other documents as evidences in the criminal procedure were studied in the light of the CPC drafts of Ukraine and CIC-countries and also of the documents valid under international law in the branch of evidential law, which contain a number of new, fundamental provisions. The specific character of collection evidence, including documents, on the different stages of criminal proceedings, conditions of accepting them as admissible evidences and peculiarities of using some kinds of documents in criminal procedural proving were investigated in the dessertation. The propositions for improvement criminal procedural legislation, which regulate the conc ept of the records of investigatory actions and court process and other documents as sources of evidences and its using in proving
