In the paper the results of investigation of Ang II receptor antagonists effects on clinical parameters, parameters of central haemodynamics, indices of tolerance to physical exercises and on neurohumoral status in patients with chronic heart failure are presented. Complex assessement of vascular tone neurohumoral regulation mechanisms dynamics from the point of view of active vasoconstrictors and vasodilators balanceis shown. The comparison of therapeutic efficasy of ARA II, ACE inhibitirs and their combination was carried out. The difference in mechanisms of realisation of neurohumoral effects of investigated therapeutic regimes from the point of view of analytic and systemic analysis was shown and the suggestion about the dependence of chronic heart failure therapy integral neurohumoral effect not only from the degree of neurohumoral indices level, but from the balance of their interconnections was proposed. The principles of the choice of CHF therapy schemes are grounded with the use of ARAII, ACEi nhibitors and their combinations, and their efficacy individual prognosis criteria are defined.
