The object of research is an investment activity management in Ukraine. Statistical methods, comparative and system analysis were used. Definition of ''investment mechanism'' was specified, classification of the factors which influence investment efficiency estimation, system of reductions on the profit tax, method of risk minimisation of the contract obligations nonfulfillment, model of organization of economic information market are worked out.
