Object of the research - theoretical and methodical framework for strengthening labor motivation of managerial personnel of an enterprise. Objective of the research is elaboration of theoretical rules, methodical and practical recommemdations for formation and use of motivation mechanism to increase the efficiency of enterprise management. Methods of the research and means - factor analysis and logic generalization, questionaire. Theoretical and practical results consist in development of methods of motivation factors use for activization of activity both of seperate individuals and the personnel as a whole, to increase the efficiency of enterprise management. The motivation mechanism proposed here allows to use managerial personnel more productively and to manage the enterprise goal-oriented and more rational. Novelty of a new introduction consists in elaboration of conceptual grounds for the motivation mechanism rohich stimulates the managerial pers onnel to increase the efficiency of enterprise management.
