LEONENKO M. The Principle of the National Language in the Criminal Legal Proceedings of Ukraine.

The thesis is dedicated to research of the theoretical and practical complex of problems connected with realization of the principle of the national language in the criminal legal proceedings of Ukraine. The problems of the juridical determination of the language of the criminal legal proceedings are examined on the basis of generalization of literary sources and investigation of the legal practice; the complete over-all system analysis of the development and functioning of the principle of the national language in the criminal legal proceedings in terms of social political demographic development of Ukraine has been carried out. The complex of propositions with regard to the improvement of standards regulating linguistic problem in the criminal process has been grounded.
