The dissertation deals with the important, less explored problems of the theory and practice of the data protection at the EU - countries enterprises, it's role in the modern system of informational management. The main aspect of the research is comunity and national basis of the data protection at the EU- countries enterprises. The integrated іnformational management concept is developed. Practical and theoretical recommendation as for the Ukraine data protection legislation and it's adaptation to the EU requirements are made.
