The dissertation is devoted to questions of a increase of reliability of assembly systems at the expense of improvement of time structures. On the basis of a system approach a method of synthesis of rational variants of technological processes of assembly (TPA) of workpieces grounded on a quantitative estimation of influence of time structure on reliability and economic indexes of technological system for the first time is developed. It enables to develop mathematical models and algorithm of synthesis of rational time structure of TPA.
