Object: personality of veterans military operations in Afghanistan. Aim: on base of complex psychodiagnostical research to expose and to analyse the peculiarities of personal and social functioning of veterans of military operations in Afghanistan. Methods: supervision, structural conversation, psychodiagnostical method, methods of mathematical and statistic analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are studied functioning peculiarities of emotional, motivational and communicational spheres and similarly relation systems to vital values in veterans-"afghans"; are described main directions psychological of help to them. Novelty: theoretical generalization a data of personal and social functioning of war veterans into remote time period after finishing of fighting actions. A degree of application: using in work Administration on questions ES and CED and military hospital. Application sphere: giving psychological of help to victims from any extremal factors.
