The investigation object is the home machine-building enterprise innovative system. The investigation purpose is the theoretical fundamentals development and methodical-practical recommendations of innovative strategy formation. The investigation methods are the economic and statistic analyze method, expert and economic-mathematical modelling. The new scientifically grounded investigation results of formation and realization of enterprise innovative strategy, information-methodical groundings of innovation process system management have been represented. The planning strategy algorithm has got the futhermore improvement, the organisational-economic mechanism of innovative development stimulation have been improved, the evaluation method of enterprise readiness to the innovative changes has been elaborated. The outcomes are used in studies and have been inculculated at the enterprises. It refers to management and can be used for enterprise rennovation process activization.
