Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of hormonal mechanisms of regulation of liver's bilecreated functions. The data, which were obtained in chronic and bloods tests, indicate that polypeptide substance P increase choleresis. That process involves the level of bile secretion and changes chemical composition of the bile (free and conjugated bile acids, cholesterol, lipids, total protein, bilirubin) as well. Thus, this neuropeptide is real choleretic's agent because it can change filtration, diffusion and synthetic processes in the liver. It was revealed that for the adequate liver response on adding of the polypeptide the normal activity of parasympatic nervous system is nesessery. It was show that substance P can influence on function's element of the liver through NK1 and NK3 tachykinin receptors.
