Essay

The fulfillment of system analysis has enabled to work out structural, structural-logical models of the built-up area, which made it possible to determine the scope of research for formalizing the correlation between natural and technical sub-systems of the town-planning area. A selection of technical loads for each functional zone of the town was revealed as well as limits of parameters alternation for these loads. Data model of subterranean waters mode has been developed. Mathematical forecast model for subterranean waters mode on the built-up area on the basis of fulfilled research has been worked out. Experimental planning of a number of sites in Kyiv has been carried out.
