The object of the research is developmental educational communication. The methods applied in the study are the theoretical analysis, testing, surveys, the method of generalizing separate characteristics, existential game, the method of contact interaction Active social pedagogical studying (ASPS). As a result the structural-functional mode of psychological factors of the developmental communicative situation in H.E.I. has been worked out. The psychological factors that complicate optimal educational communication in H.E.I. are also determined.
