Gizhdivan L. Formation and development of the соoperation of Ukraine and Council of Europe in the sphere of human rights.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of international - legal aspects of co-operation of Ukraine and Council of Europe in the sphere of human rights in the context of participation of our state in European system of human rights defense with acts under the aegis of Council of Europe. The activities of organs of the Organization is enlightened, the content of the main conventions in the indicated branch in analyzed and their according classification is done in this work. The main attention is paid to the questions concerning the joining of Ukraine Council of Europe, its participation in institutional system of the Organization, as well as the fulfillment by Ukraine of its obligations as the member of the Council of Europe.
