. The object of the research is parameters of the form of dwelling house, which provide minimization of heat losses. The subject of the research is the dwelling house energy efficiency. The aim of the research is increasing dwelling house energy efficiency by choosing parameters of the form of dwelling house, which provide minimization of heat losses. Methods of the research are based on a comparative analysis for studying energy efficiency of dwelling houses, structural and logical modeling for studying influence of building form on its energy efficiency , mathematical optimization and computer modeling for the comparative valuation buildings by their energy efficiency level. The scientific novelty consists from systematization of directions of the dwelling house form improvement, defining of semantic features of energy efficient buildings, creating structural models of architectural-natural environment for the ranging factors by their influence on the building energy efficiency, working out informati on model of influence of building form parameters on its energy efficiency, quantity comparative valuation of researching object on the based on statistic analysis, creation methodic of increasing dwelling house energy efficiency. A practical significance of the researching results is a possibility of increasing economical efficiency of dwelling houses projects by minimizing heat losses. A practical application of the researching results can be realized by development of the normal-methodical documentation and by their introduction in design practice and also into the teaching process.
