Prushkivs'ka E. Structural changes in the economics of of Ukraine and their influence on the employment population

In this dissertation the version of systematical research of structural changes and their influence on the population employment at the transitive economics is performed. The essence of structural changes, both quantitative and qualitative ones, that take place in the economics structure and lead to the new state, in substantiated.General factors of modern structural changes at the economic system change, geopolitical changes and globalization of economic, scientific-technical progress are defined. Methodological approach to the employment researches from the view point of the system and inner-system changes done. Recommendations as to the structure improvement of the Program of employment in Ukraine/ as well as the state of employment in the conditions of structural organization of economic are proposed.
