The object of study- memory (tracing of proc-ess).The object of study is neurophysiological mechanisms of restoration of trace processes in the rats with the damaged frontal - temporal part of brain and rats with weaked memory functions under the in-fluence of interbrain and distant neurotransplantation of embryonic locus coeruleus tissue. Methods- physiological: producing of conditional reaction (standart of method), electrocoagulathion of neocor-tex; methods of biochemistry , immunology and gis-tology. The analysis of the data obtained shous about positive influence of interbrain and distant transplan-tation of embryonic locus coeruleus tissue on indexes stereotype of behaviour, functional activity of cate-cholaminergic system and reaction in rats of these two types. Field of application - medical of organiza-tion, because resalts of our reseach to help unscrew new technology in treatment of ills wiht memory's breaking.
