Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of characteristic features of calcium exchange and of the system of second messengers; it also proposes a method of treatment the patients with localize scleroderma. Disorders are characterized by increase of ionized calcium level, decrease of bound calcium by accumulation of cations in erythrocytes and increase of calmodulin content in bloodstream. Disorders in the system of cyclic nucleotides are characterized by cAMP decrease, cGMP increase. Electrolyte disbalance has been found in which hypomagnesemia and disorders of natrium and calcium redistribution between plasma and erythrocytes have been of primary importance. Prescription of cinnarizin and magne-B6 allows to achieve a positive clinical effect with 89.5% of patients, to prolong remission, to decrease the number of relapses
