Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of export management conditions at Ukrainian enterprises and to the working out of the measures for marketing management introduction into manufacture and abroad sale of the goods. The abolition of the state monopoly for international trade and wide involving of manufacturers into international activity demand to change the export management system. The management organization in new conditions must correspond to the world existing system of export marketing management. As a result of analysis there were picked out managing functions which were to be given to marketing department, revealed connections between export marketing department and other departments of an enterprise. The practical measures for reorganization export management for Ukrainian enterprises on the basis of marketing - the most effective philosophy and management practice in the contemporary world - were worked out in this work. The Practical recommendations - Export Management at Indu strial Enterprises on the Basis of Marketing - has been worked out.
