Potentially dangerous productions of East region. The theoretical and methodological ground of bases of complex development of potentially dangerous productions in view of origination of emergencies. Methods: economic-statistical analysis, modelling, grouping, theory of probability and mathematical statistics. The method of an estimation of risk of occurrence of emergencies on industrial enterprises of region is offered. The principles of accident-free functioning of potentially dangerous productions are formulated. Practical results: the practical recommendations for optimization of management of technology-ecological safety at a regional level are grounded.
