The object of the research is organizational-and-economic mechanism of regional policy. The aim of the research is development of the scientific-and-methodic recommendations on competitive regional factors use activization. The methods of the research are economical-and-mathematical, statistical, comparative. Theoretical and practical results: the methodical recommendations on production competitiveness increase. Novelty of research: the model of regions development process taking into account competitiveness factors. The extend of application: the proposals have been used in industrial field of Lviv region. Sphere of application: industrial enterprises of region.
