Bychkova O. The mechanism of management of social development in the coal-mining industry of Ukraine under conditions of restructuring

Object of the research is the coal industry of Ukraine. Objective of the research is further development of theoretical bases of the organizational and economic mechanism for control of social development of the coal industry of Ukraine and the development is scientific-practical of the recommendations for his perfection under conditions of restructuring. Methods of research and devices: logic, economic and system analysis; economic-statistical methods such as correlation and regression analysis, prediction; PC. Theoretical and practical result consist in development of scientific approaches to formation of the mechanism to overcome the social crisis in the industry, in monitoring of social consequences of restructurization and in elaboration of practical recommendations on social protection of the population in miners' regions and of the employees in the coal industry of Ukraine. Novelty of a new introduction consists in further development of conceptual framework for formation of the perfection mecha nism for improvement of social control in the coal industry of Ukraine under conditions of its restructuring, in development of the organizational and economic mechanism for control of social development in this industry. Subject and degree of introduction: recommendations offered in the thesis are introduced by the company "Ukruglerestructurizatsiya", by trade unions of the coal industry of Ukraine. Sphere of application: enterprises of the coal industry.
