Thesis is devoted to the substantiation and the methods of increasing functional reserves of the student's organism of medical preparatory group with physical insufficiency by cycleergometric trainigs with regard for individual abilities for physical loading at the physical training lessons.New methods of conducting physical cycleergometric trainings bu the dosage of physical loading due to its relative capacity and the heart rate have been elaborated on the basis of medicopedagogical observations during the trainings and the investigations of morphofunctional indices of physical state, the function of external breathing, bioelectrical activity, morphometric heart indices and the function of blood circulation, the ability for physical loading and aerobics efficiency, psychomotor ability and sensorimotor coordination of motions, the indices of physical abilities.
