It is defined and searched the sense of the foreigninvestment, their functions and motives of reakization? concept and factors of an investment climate isinvestigated, and also tendrency in the marcet of the investments at the moment, is carried out of the analysis of a situation conceming foreign investment in the countriers Ctntral and East Europe, countries with transitive economy in comparison with Ukraine, the analisys of an investment climate in Ekraine is carried out. The concrete recommendations concerning improvement legal, economic, institutional of investment activity in Ukraine are developed, which in aggregate make a complex of measures on formation in the state of a favoreble investment climate. the ways of optimization of the offered mechanism of the investment nax credits on an example of energetic branch of ukraine are determined. The mechanism of introduction of ecological procedures concerning the investment projects is defined.
