Essay

The paper deals with elaboration of design and technology of solid-state temperature sensors. Cupric resistance thermoelement was created using thin-film technology. Special attention was paid to examination of their time stability. NQR-thermometer was used as a metrological tool. On basis of created temperature sensors several devices were made: differential thermometer, thermoresistance anemometer with mediate heating of thermosensitive element, humidity meter inside IC.
