Object: economic activity of the enterprises of region. Aim: development of theoretical rules and practical recommendations for improvement of methods of an estimation and mechanisms of increase of efficiency of economic activity. Methods: system-technical, economic analysis. Results: the set of parameters of an estimation of regional efficiency of economic activity is offered, the algorithm of account of an integrated parameter of an estimation of regional efficiency of economic activity of the enterprises of region is developed.
