Essay

The dissertation describes results of the theoretical-experimental studies on the moral education problem. This problem is solved on the basis of the investigation of pedagogical maintenance of moral qualities formation in mentally retarded schoolchildren. The components of study and formation of moral qualities, parameters and criteria of their evaluation have been determined, the methods of their investigation in pupils of the auxiliary school have been developed. The specific features of moral qualities manifestation in mentally retarded younger schoolchildren have been established. The development of an integrated pedagogical maintenance of their formation in the pupils, namely special selection of the contents, methodical means and organizational forms of gradual formation of moral components development according to their essence, completeness of the characteristics, features of manifestation in children has been carried out.
