Об"єкт дослідження - the structure of the expert-criminalistic service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Мета дослідження- the elaboration of theoretical and practical directions to perfect the legal, organizational and expert techniques bases of activity of the expert-criminalistic service of Ukraine. Методи дослідження та апаратура - a) general scientific (historical and legal, formal and logical, comparative); b) particular scientific (logical, functional and of modulation); v) statistic (observations, summary, groups, analyses of indicators). Теоретичні результати та новизна - the thesis is the first, since the declaration of Ukraine the independent country, monographic work to research and to determine the priority ways of the improvement of activity of the expert-criminalistic service of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Практичні результати та новизна - are remarkable by the using of the particularities of the reform of the laws of criminal procedure and of modern needs of law s ecurity activity in the using of expert techniques means and methods of the work with the tracks of crime. This approach permitted to formulate the proposals concerning the improvement of activity of the expert-criminalistic service and the optimistic work of the organs of before court investigation. The materials of the research can be used for the improvement of legislative and administrative legal and normative regulation of activity of the expert-criminalistic service, the mutual actions with the other departments of Internal Affairs organs in the investigation of crimes. The materials of the thesis can be used during the educative process in the teaching of the criminalistic's courses and special courses, in the creating of new particular parts of books for the criminalistic's course. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - legislative proposals send to the Commission for the preparation of the new code of criminal procedure of Ukraine. It is used during the criminalistic's courses in the National Academy of in ternal affairs of Ukraine and in the Donetsk National University. Ефективність впровадження - the conclusion of the thesis and the proposals for the improvement of activity of the expert-criminalistic service are evaluated positively.
