Zhuravs'kyj V. Administration system of improvement of professional skill of staff for the State tax service of Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to research of a problem of a system control of improvement of professional skill of staff (frames) of a state tax service of Ukraine. The investigated (studied) system is considered as set (combination) of the professional programs of improvement of professional skill; the accredited educational institutions realising these programs; organs executing a system administration. The prior development trends of a system under poor financing are justified. The educational programs formation principles and tendencies are investigated, as well as those of the optimum forms and methods of training selection during professional skill improvement of tax service workers. The expediency of an andragogics system intrusion in the professional skill improvement system is confirmed. The development system concept is developed.
