The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of political aspects of the evolution of totalitarian state in international context. This dissertation contains analysis of the essence of totalitarian phenomenon. The author propound the scheme of evolution of political regimes of totalitarian state. Totalitarian determinants of foreign policy are defined.
