Kapshytar Y. Features of acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys at the patients of elderly and senile age

The thesis is devoted to study of features of structure, dynamics, clinical current, diagnostics and treatment of acute purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys at the patients of elderly and senile age. Features of purulent-inflammatory diseases of kidneys at the persons of elderly and senile age are obstructive character of pathological process, large frequency of kidneys bilaterial defeats, nontypical clinical picture, more serious current and failure of illness. For the first time it has been fixed the morphological preconditions of development of an acute purulent pyelonephritis at the persons of elderly and senile age, it has been determined most informative signs of transition of infectious inflammatory process in kidneys in a purulent stage, it has been proved the superiority of minimally invasive organopreserving tactics before "open" operations in treatment of acute purulent pyelonephritis at the patients of elderly and senile age. Research results have been applied for development, scientif ic substantiation and introduction in practice of the unified scheme of prophylaxis and treatment of acute purulent pyelonephritis.
