The dissertation is devoted the of diagnostics and treatment of the kidney cyst. In a basis of work the results of research 186 patients with the kidney cyst. The results of excretory urogramms showed, that 16% of patients with the simple kidneys cysts of the size over 5 cm. have functional active structures. The terms of the complete finish of the process of obliteration of kidneys cyst after puncture sclerotherapy made more concrete. The method of surgeries removing of the cyst is developed.
