Object of research are economic attitudes which are inherent in a market mechanism of activization of labour activity. The social and economic nature of motivation of work is considered, the basic laws of its evolution are revealed. Types of labour motivation, their interconditionality, structure and tendencies of development are determined. The interrelation between attitudes(relations) of the property and the economic status of the worker in conditions of reformed economy is analysed.
