The thesis is devoted to analysis the level of cadets' psycho-physical readiness for future service activity in Ministry of Iternal affairs bodies bodies internal affairs. The degree of psycho-physical cadets' readiness is defined, the methods of psycho-physical readiness and its eriteria are worked out. The physical educational training program to develop the cadets' physical qualities with the help of special exercies of unarmed self-defence are introduced.
