New designs of most massive constructive connecting elements of ore processing machines and equipment are considered - vibration resistant thread connections, meant for working under conditions of dynamic loading and of variable action, characteristic of these machines, are investigated. The quantitative characteristics of friction needed during the working of thread connections of ore dressing machines and equipment are determined during their static loading, and also dependency of specific coefficient of friction of details of these connections tihgting forces. A relationship has been established between the applied loading time of variable loads, the number of cycles of loading thread connections of ore processing machines and equipment. The rate of change of the lighting force influence of vibration on threading connections are researched. An example of thread lining connctions is ore crushing drum-type mills and mills of self-crushing types. Account is taken of the specifics of durability of threa d connections of the new designs, a method is developed and the rating of a gain of a stock of their durability is made at static loadings. The method of rating of reliability of the enclosed constructive connecting elements, the probability of reliability works of individual vibration resistive thread lining connections and system of constructive connecting elements for fastening a complete set of fettling plates of crush drum-type spherical mills and self-crushing mills is developed. The designs, developed in the dissertation, and technique of account of constructive connecting elements - vibration resistive thread connections of ore processing machines and equipment are transferred (handed) to "KrivoyrogNIPIrudmach" Ltd. of Kriviy Rih.
