Kyrylych V. The Ukrainians in Poland: preservation of ethnonational identity as the factor of the ukrainian-polish relatinship.

The dissertation is devoted to the issue of the ethno-national preservation of the Ukrainian minority in Poland in the given new political stance.The author presents analysis of both internal and external factors contributing to retaine ethno-national identity of the Ukrainian community in Poland as well as cornerstones lieyng in its relatioship. The ethnic State Policy of Poland and its ways of perception of Ukraine and ukrainians by poles has been investigated respectively. The reseach singled out the main stumbling blocs of the polish ukrainians, highlighted the possibilities of their sattlement and showed the consequences of the ukrainian minority impact on the development of the ukrainian-polish relationship.
