Process of agricultural and agrarian relations transformation. Complex investigation of ways for development and arrangement of agricultural productive forces. Methods which were used: balance method, method of structural-dynamic and regressive analysis, method of extrapolation and programming, cartographical method. Methodology and methods of agricultural production economic growth are worked out, projection and the main principles of farming organization are suggested. The results of the work were implemented into scientific practice.
